1. What products do you sell on Zyngomart.store?

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take an extra 1–2 days due to verification.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do. All COD orders require mandatory verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. If verification is unsuccessful, the order will be canceled.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to track the real-time delivery status of your order.
5. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes. You can request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned with all original packaging. An unboxing video is compulsory for return approval.
6. How long does it take to get a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment method.
7. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required, and a flat ₹150 shipping fee applies for all exchanges.
8. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing it, or before dispatch. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
